Roles and ResponsibilitiesWe are looking to hire a Chartered Accountant 1-2 years experience for one of our reputed MNC client leading in to Fashion industry. Note : This is an offrole position will be working on Third-party payroll (Initially this will start with 1 Year contract with further Extension) Position - Consultant Financial Planning & Analysis Reporting To - Associate Manager- FP&APurpose:The person will be responsible for assisting the Associate Manager in Preparation, Consolidation, Analysis and Review of Operations Short / Long Range Plans, Budget, Forecast and India Shared Services Budget, Fabric Liability Claims, Preparation of Statutory Financials, Special Project Management, Supplier Master Administration etc. Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
1. Accountable for Preparation, Consolidation, Analysis and Review of Responsible of Operations Short / Long Range Plans, Budget and Monthly Forecast
2. From Time to time, accountable for execution of Special Projects, if any
3. Accountable for Supplier Masters Management.
Functional Responsibilities/Network a) Preparation, Consolidation, Analysis and Review of Responsible of Operations Short / Long Range Budget Plans and Monthly Forecast
• Responsible for creation of templates for Consolidation, Analysis and Review of Annual Budgets and Monthly Forecast for North Asia and overall consolidation of Shared Service i.e North and South Asia. Countries include Hongkong, India, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Turkey, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Srilanka, Egypt, Singapore etc
• Work with Business Owners to build their annual budgets and forecasts
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on Functional Budget and Forecast submission and provide critical insight to Management
• Review of Functional Budgets with the Budget Owners and critically analyzing the key expense heads and assumptions
• Advising Performing Budget Reallocation and reconciling data between different applications
• Any adhoc analysis towards Management Report or Requirement
• Utilizing tools like Altyrex, Power Query or Power BI etc to delivery meaningful insights
b) Processing of Fabric Liability Claims across the organisationc) Assisting in the Preparation of Statutory Financials for India, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc d) Special Projects
• Lead and drive new initiatives to improve company Cashflow Position
• Support in Driving Supply Chain Finance across Asia Pacific - $ 3 Billion First Cost in this program
• Automation / Process Simplification projects
• Process Documentation / Improvement
• Support in Creation / Driving / Closure of Legal Entities/ Liaison Office
• Support in Oracle Enhancements
• Others, if any
Supplier Master Management.
• Ensure timely Supplier Master Creation
• Supplier Master Process compliance
• Ensuring internal audit processes are adequate & effective.
• All non-compliances should have a thorough remedial plan

• Knowledge of Apparel Sourcing Business processes would be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge on MS office 2010
• Strong Customer service and interpersonal skills
Other skills
• Good MS-Excel skills will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP/Oracle will be an added advantage.
