Job Description

  • Building strong relationships with clients / customers for business growth & profitability and mapping Customer requirement and processes
  • Must have an existing network of Corporate relationships from his previous stints. No freshers should apply.
  • Handling the marketing related to the corporate sector and coordinates for a range of business activities.
  • Field visits to corporate customers involving product presentations of the company.
  • Cold Calling Generating Leads and aggressive mapping new leads given.
  • Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion
  • Answering inquiries and booking orders
  • Aggressively achieving and exceeding sales orders.
  • Designing Solutions for Customers on various platforms sizing them.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
Required Skills:
  • A rich experience of at least 4-5 years into corporate gifting industry or corporate sales
  • Must possess Leadership skills, Though more tactical than strategic, Thinker.
  • Good communication skills and convincing skills.
  • Good command over English language, nice presentation and very well aware of corporate environment
  • At-least a bachelor in any stream from recognized institutes. MBAs will be preferred.
