The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be soft-spoken, and have the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. This role requires a blend of analytical and technical skills to manage customer interactions and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Customer Interaction:
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
      • Understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring that they receive personalised and efficient service.
    • Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
      • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback for service improvements.
    • Problem Solving:
      • Address customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any technical or service-related issues.
    • Analytical and Technical Skills:
      • Utilise CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions, and generate reports.
      • Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and suggest improvements to services or products.
    • Communication:
      • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
      • Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction and relationship management metrics.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • A Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
    • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Must be Soft-spoken with a strong ability to listen and empathise with customers.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Technical proficiency in CRM software and basic IT tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in a similar industry or sector.
    • Familiarity with customer service best practices and trends.
