Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities :
    • Knowledge of International trade and export process.
    • Having good exposer of handling Export business.
    • Maintain the MIS report on daily basis and present to Reporting Manager.
    • Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.
    • Determines a course of action to resolve customer problems.
    • Improved Informational Organization.
    • CRM Improves Your Customer Service.
    • Automation of Everyday Tasks.
    • Greater efficiency for multiple teams.
    • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with them.
    • Optimize and streamline your communication.
    • Prepare & Process Orders & Quotations using CRM.
    • Data collection from internal departments.
    • Follow up with the plant team to ready the material and prepare a dispatch plan.
    • Generate E-way bills & coordination with logistics.
    • Coordination with clients on calls and emails for orders, quotations and dispatch.
    • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, ling important documents and communicating relevant information.
    • Sales, coordination, Calculations, Make PI, Maintain Data
    Required Candidate profile
    • Must have outstanding customer service skills.
    • Good English Speaking, Presentable Skills, Mail Drafting Skills,
    • Strong Communication or interpersonal and active listening skills.
    • Must have good computer skills. (Advance Excel)
    • Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task.
    • Must have excellent management and leadership skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Preferred to Female candidates only.
    • - 4 to 6 Year - (FMCG)
    • Computer Skill - Advance Excel , MS Office, Gmail, Outlook Etc.
