Job Description

As a fresher, you will be trained to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers.
    • Understand customer queries and provide timely and accurate responses.
    • Resolve basic issues or escalate complex concerns to the relevant team.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
    • Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and protocols.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
    • Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, etc.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Education: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
    • Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year in customer support (preferred, not mandatory).
    • Good communication skills in English and/or regional language.
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing ability.
    • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving approach.
    • Ability to work in shifts (if required).
