Job Description

    Position: Customer Support ExecutiveLocation: Okhla Phase 1, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi, 110020.Experience: 1-3 yearsQualification: GraduateJob Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
    • Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics, freight forwarding, and shipment tracking.
    • Provide information about services, pricing, and documentation requirements.
    • Follow up with existing and potential clients for business development.
    • Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
    • Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up records.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
    • Achieve set targets and contribute to business growth.
    Required Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English (additional regional languages are a plus).
    • Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Basic knowledge of logistics and international trade is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
