The person will play a key role in one of the most strategic areas of the company. You will support data driven decision - making and conduct data analysis to develop new insights in the Company. You are someone who gets along with new tools, loves number crunching and is keen on learning new data technologies. An interest in data modeling, marketing & sales analytics and an ability to provide thoughtful solutions in a timely fashion will be key attributes of the successful candidate.Key Responsibilities: Create and manage data infrastructure of the company; Provide solutions for data modeling, usability & management of different data sources. Create management dashboards and provide ongoing analysis of business metrics, sales trends, and revenue analysis. Working with other functions, especially marketing, customer success, and Sales to ensure that underlying data and reports are accurate and relevant. Drive regular metrics reviews, as well as analytical support through deep - dive analysis. Automating business reports, preparing dashboards with company KPI s. Benchmark company numbers with that of industry and make suggestions. Analyze market trends and share insights; Do the primary research, develop an internal market/ competitive intelligence framework for strategic decisions. Revenue & Churn Forecasting; Identify internal & external risk areas. Support ad hoc requests for in - depth analysis from the Management. Required Qualifications Qualification: B - tech in any stream. Post Graduation is an added advantage. Previous experience with business analytics/ BI Engineering. Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to build and work with data visualization tools like Tableau/ Power BI/ Advanced Excel. Ability to write intermediate level SQL code . Basic Proficiency in at least one of the programming language - Javascript, Python etc. Experience with at least one of marketing/ CRM tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Salesforce, Hubspot etc. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated experience of understanding and presenting complex quantitative analyses to business partners Understanding of any a Statistics package like R, Python ,
