Job Description

    • Conductmarketscoutingtoidentify ongoing and upcomingconstruction siteswithin the assigned territory.
    • Targetongoing and upcoming construction sites,identify and collectdetails/links of construction sites
    • Visitresidential, commercial, and institutional constructionsitestounderstand tile requirements and project status.
    • Create and maintain adatabaseofconstruction sites, contractors, site engineers, supervisors, and decision-makers.
    • Generatedemandbyindirectly pitching the Company Tiles to contractors, masons, and site personnel.
    • Educate contractors and siteteams about Companyproducts, applications, quality, and brand advantages.
    • Generate qualifiedleadsfromconstruction sites and hand them over the same to the company sales persons for closure.
    • Invite contractors, builders, and sitedecision-makerstothe nearest Company Tiles showroom for product viewing and selection.
    • Coordinate with thesales team and channelpartnerstoensure smooth follow-up on generated leads.
    • Track daily site visits, interactions, and lead status, and submitregular activity and MIS reports.
    • Support local promotional activities, product displays, and brand visibility initiatives as required.
