Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating software applications, identifying defects, and ensuring products meet functional, usability, and quality requirements before release.Key Responsibilities
    • Analyze business and functional requirements to understand testing needs.
    • Create detailed test scenarios, test cases, test data, and checklists.
    • Execute functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.
    • Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
    • Perform defect retesting and verification after fixes.
    • Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and other QA engineers.
    • Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and potential risks.
    • Perform UI, API, and database validation where required.
    • Maintain testing documentation and prepare test execution reports.
    • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production validation.
    • Ensure adequate test coverage and contribute to improving QA processes.
