As a representative ofWATConsult, the personnel will aid its clients in delivering value for campaigns by means of innovative communication solutions, conceptualization and detailed analysis of strategies & campaigns thereby contributing to overall brand management and achieving excellence with the team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESYou must be able to Visualize designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic designAct as client s constructive point of contact for digital management mattersSuggest, design and effectively implement set digital strategies, projects to increase ROI for assigned brands basis their specific requirementsAct as a gatekeeper for content posted to all channels; review and edit posts to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice and standards; curate, manage all published contentProactively collaborate with respective internal teams to conceptualise and execute the project & campaign requirements onroutine basis thereby nourishing internal teams partnershipSet and monitor KPI s measuring the impact of digital media strategies, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness ofcampaignsProactively guide teams response and reaction to the changes within online media networks viz. changes in functionality, methods of engagement, addition of new features and moreMonitor and oversee social media buzz reporting and communication; manage social listening vendor(s), and solutions forpremium social media reportingEffectively utilizing media & respective online tools thus aiding the brand strategyPlanning & presenting Monthly, Quarterly & Bi- Annual Campaign plans for the brandEnsure that campaign deliverables meet requirements and exceeds expectationsMaintain frequent contact with clients thereby fostering a strong, long- term relationshipAddress respective client queries timely and effectivelyIdentify new opportunities, manage existing clients and help in business growthAttend & oversee coverage during on- ground events & workshops as deemed necessaryLiaison with third party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns & projectsEffectively overcome and manage critical challenges with passion and precisionMake efficient use of new trends in digital industry for regular research and to devise implementation of related studies &techniques in routineBe actively involved in SEO/ Tech/ Media/ ORM/ Research/ Ecommencify efforts with the support team(s)Effectively manage, guide & train the immediate team of Digital Media Executive(s) & Sr. Digital Media Executive(s)QUALIFICATIONS REQUISITEPost Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalentCertification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Ecommerce/ Strategy or Planning will be added honors3- 4 years of work experience with a brand, digital/ social/ advertising/ creative/ media agencyTECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITEAdvanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing and abreast with latest industry trends, model, communication concepts, practices, tools, etc.Dynamic written communication, presentation and oration skills; strong hold on languageInnate balanced analytical and strategic thinking abilityA brand thinker, understanding the relationship between media and business outcomesStrong understanding of the changing role of digital media in brand developmentHighly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline driven projects and workflowsAble to mentor/ train, manage and guide a team of highly skilled individualsBEHAVIOURAL SKILLS REQUISITEEagerness to learn and explore various facets of the job with an enthusiasm to share learning with othersAn enthusiast and fanatic of new- age digital advertisingExpresses clearly and an active listener to constructive feedback and instructionsMust be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlinesMust be adept to working in a dynamic team structureWillingness to undertake a variety of work not limited to the role/ job specifications with an ongoing commitment to achieving highquality results,
