Job Description

Our Client is a growing Healthcare manufacturing company with its headquarters in Bangalore. Currently they are looking for aDeputy General Manager Sales - North & East with rich experience of 15+ years in medical device industry.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and facilitate annual sales plan as per the budget.
  • Responsible for revenue generation as per the monthly / quarterly / annual budget through the Regional Manager / Product Manager and sales team.
  • Sales forecasting, pricing, key account management.
  • Expand, maintain and grow national distribution network.
  • Monitor and analyse the various sales reports from the team.
  • Plan and co-ordinate with commercial and factory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide timely information / recommendation to the management on market / new strategies and have regular meetings and interactions with important customers nationwide.
  • Train/ Develop & monitor the AGM/RSM/BM/ASM.
  • Responsible for any other job which management has assigned on time to time bases.
Educational Qualification:The ideal candidate should post graduate with MBA from an institute of repute.Experience:Should have at least 15+ years in medical device industry and should be GM / AGM with national level exposure.
