Core Purpose of the Role: We are looking for the project manager who is managing overall IT projects and responsible for ensuring the project is completed successfully, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also managing project risks and stakeholder expectations. Governance of IT initiatives execution through effective project and program management. Role Accountabilities
• Coordinating the execution of various strategic initiatives and projects.
• Define the objectives, Business outcome, and key metrics for each project in coordination with the Operating Unit for the project.
• Prepare project plan, with detailed milestones, RACI matrix across the projects and operating units.
• Co-ordinate with work stream leads to prepare milestone project plans for all critical projects and align with Division heads and cross functional team members on the critical paths and timelines.
• Track the implementation of the execution plan and achievement of strategy across divisions and enabling functions in accordance with organizational goals and strategy
• The project manager manages relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure that expectations are met.
• Prepare strategy plan and approach documents on select critical projects if required by closely working with the Workstream leads. Monitor and track the execution of these projects
• The project manager is responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring that contingency plans are in place to manage unforeseen events.

• Role will involve identifying cross-functional elements of the strategic projects and work collaboratively with the stakeholders to keep the momentum towards execution and timely delivery
• Defining the program governance and manage the Monthly 1-3-5 review meetings with OUs, Divisions and CXOs.
• Overall, the project manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is completed successfully, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while also managing project risks and stakeholder expectations.

2. Education and Experience:
1. B. Tech /B.E./MCA / MTech in Computer Science/ Information Technology with a minimum of 12+ years experience in project management and implementing Digital solution at respective area. Working experience in Pharma/Life science domain will be preferred. PMP Certification will be preferred for the is position

• Expertise in managing all projects, creating, and managing the estimates, project plan, project governance, budget, resource allocation, risk, and quality management
• Must have working experience of implementing digital solution for the organization
• Must have working experience in managing IT projects in Discovery, Development, manufacturing services and Enabling services ( Quality service SCM, HR and Finance )
• Must have proficiency of SAP, Other ERP implementation and strong knowledge pharma domain applications
• Must have working experience in Identifying valuable data sources and automate collection processes, analyzing large amounts of information to discover trends/ pattern patterns, preprocessing structured and unstructured data
• Must have experience in implementing new technologies which brings productivity and cost saving
• Expertise in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to support organization business needs & achieve high customer satisfaction from business users
• Must have experience in handling multiple projects with End-to-end project management
• Experience in adopting Project management methodologies/approaches Predictive, Agile, and Hybrid
