Job Description

    Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive testing and campaign strategy tailored to various stages of the customer lifecycle journey. Evaluate campaign effectiveness, analyze results, and iteratively optimize strategies to enhance performance. Craft detailed campaign briefs outlining objectives, messaging, and creative direction, collaborating closely with the marketing team for seamless execution. Monitor customer feedback on campaigns and product enhancements, ensuring ongoing communication and post-launch support. Manage multi-channel consumer touchpoints, including website, email, SMS, and in-box messaging. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Acquisition Marketing, and Product Development to ensure cohesive execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives. Partner with Business Intelligence to streamline reporting processes and deliver timely analysis for informed decision-making. Oversee user acquisition campaigns. across diverse platforms like Facebook, Google Ad networks, and DSP networks. Develop and implement acquisition strategies utilizing Programmatic, SEO, and social media channels, adapting approaches based on evolving market dynamics. Identify and leverage branding opportunities to enhance acquisition efforts. Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance and website traffic to improve the user journey. Provide expertise in best practices of SEO, encompassing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, to optimize website performance and visibility in search engine results. Contribute to other related projects as needed.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 3 years of experience in online marketing activities. Proficient in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and optimization. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from conception to completion. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Inquisitive mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.
