Job Description

1. Drive Net Sales

Know your sales situation through Customer behavior/insights and sales analysis & follow-up on actions taken. Identify opportunities/threats and set priorities based on biggest sales/Customer impact identify the specific purpose. Drive conversion based on local customer want, need and total sales through product presentation. Follow-up the final customer offer and apply learnings on coming periods/actions. Maximize profitable net sales by planning communication that secures a relevant customer journey in digitals channels short & long term. Know your market based on sales and traffic follow up, as well as collected insights of the digital and competitive landscape. Always carry the OMNI approach and work as an ambassador within this area

2. Commercial Planning (Pre Season & In Season)

Set the most relevant Communication Plan for the customer both short and long term, based on global and local Commercial/Customer Plan customer insights and sales results. Keep the dialogue with Local Marketing Office to align on OMNI communication planning and strategies Plan and order Social Media Activations for local activities and global tactical activates (e.g. Sale, BF) Work as an ambassador within test and learn , dare and share and fail or scale approach and continuously share learnings and suggestions of improvements to all stakeholders. Understand total traffic and the efficiency of your communication strategy vs. plan and revise if needed.

3. Secure relevant customer experience

Know the total market- and customer needs, competitor overview & analysis, focus on e-commerce and high level on store sales. Follow up on traffic and the efficiency of your communication strategy vs. plan and revise if needed. Secure H&M messaging through local adaptation. Have user knowledge of tools to be able to use them in the most efficient way. Know your local customer behavior and expectations in a digital environment to enable the most relevant omni experience.
