Job Description

    We have an opening with a very renowned ecommerce retail brand.Position: Ecommerce SpecialistExperience: 4 to 10 YearsLocation: Delhi
    • Responsible for overall business performance of our own website and channel partners and manage the day-to-day operations and all activities of the e-commerce channel.
    • Ensuring the catalog is up to date with the right products available at the right place and at the right time.
    • Maximizing revenue and ensuring monthly/quarterly and yearly targets/objectives are met.
    • Building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across the org to achieve business goals.
    • Implementing and executing an e-commerce sales strategy to improve sales performance.
    • Implementing and executing strategy to improve new customer acquisition using non discount methods.
    • Work closely with SCM and the production team to ensure healthy inventory and stock level across all channels.
    • Work with accounts and production team for the smooth processing of all the POs from marketplaces.
    • Work with the marketing team to develop and update content for product listings and sharing other requirements.
    • Sales reporting: Analyze and present BR reports and other marketplace data to senior management.
    • Build overall digital strategy for brand and deploy solutions across channels, working with internal design and content teams as well as managing external agency relationships.
    • Execute campaigns, monitor performance and optimize spends, in line with revenue targets.
    • Manage online product catalogs and catalog quality control, ensuring timely listing and promotion delivery.
    • Help ensure customer loyalty to the brand by analyzing feedback and developing retention tools.
    • Manage online pricing to balance price competitiveness and profitability.
    • Explore new acquisition funnels across platforms, devices and content to reduce cost per lead and overall cost per acquisition.
    • Design programs to increase the overall engagement of the customers through segmented offerings, promotions and activities in the market.
    • Own the data analysis, reporting and dashboarding for the function.
    • Keep pace with relevant industry trends, analyze competitor performance and lead experimentation across all online channels
