Job Description

    Ecosystem Sales Manager, GSIs - U.K.
    • Focus and work in conjunction with your country leader to develop and own the regional partner strategy to co-develop and co-create new partner services aligning with industry verticals, use cases, and associated modern workloads like AI and machine learning (ML), to ultimately increase the consumption of Red Hat technologies, embedded within our partners go-to-market service and solution offerings
    • Coordinate across all partner sales motions to ensure that sales and revenue goals are met for the region
    • Develop, motivate, and lead a partner sales organization that operates with the confidence and understanding of the market to move decisively and take advantage of emerging opportunities
    • Embrace the partner ecosystem as the key motivator for meeting our sales and revenue targets
    • Manage an end-to-end cosell partner engagement to maximize leads, opportunities, and joint revenue potential
    • Allocate regional-level commercial budget and targets as assigned by regional segment and function leaders
    • Maintain long-term relationships with partner stakeholders and key accounts to achieve customer satisfaction and ensure after-market revenue; identify, recruit, and incubate new partners
    • Define and manage the investments required to implement long-term growth initiatives with partners
    • Develop and implement joint business plans to increase revenue on our technologies and ensure partner engagement
    • Collaborate with the EMEA segment and function leadership to ensure that Red Hat s associates affiliate both locally and within their teams
    • Collaborate proactively with peers on the leadership team to motivate Red Hat s standards of performance and excellence
    What you will bring
    • 10+ years of experience selling software or service infrastructure solutions to medium enterprise organizations through a partner led sales motion
    • Experience in leadership specifically, GSIs, telco and or multi-national cloud service providers
    • Record of building and leading high-performing, geographically-distributed, multifaceted teams
    • Proven experience leading sales and or technical sales in an organization where the solution set requires a solid understanding of the broader technology ecosystem and the complexity of effective architecture and integration of solutions
    • Technical ability to understand Red Hat s solution portfolio and help shape the solution strategy and development
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver on the sales strategy and value proposition for commercial organizations within their respective region, ensuring alignment with broader organizational and product strategies
    • Demonstrated ability to lead an organization by engaging, developing, and motivating team members
    • Solid communication skills to articulate long-term direction and collaborate with the team on how to reach it
    • Experience working to embed technology within industry based use cases, specifically Edge and core datacenters is a plus
