Key Responsibilities: Site Installation and Commissioning of Major Electrical equipment involved to be as listed below Electrical distribution Panels MCC, PCC, APFC, LDB, PDB, UPSDB. All types of motors, LCS, control power cabling and Commissioning, No load test, full load test. Setting of protecting devices, i.e. OLR setting, MPCB, ACB Setting, timer setting etc. Modifications, trouble shooting of panel internal wirings. Field instrument testing i.e., loop testing, I/O Testing etc. Commissioning, calibration and testing of PIDs, all type of instruments. Scheduling Modification of P ID. Co-ordination of process flow with Software peoples. SLD Preparation both Lighting power points Preparing of Handover documents. Oil type transformers, Diesel Generators Air compressors control and power cabling Maintenance of batteries and battery chargers. Underground and overhead cable laying procedure. LV cable gland and termination. Functional knowledge of UPS. Centrifuge cone mill FBD tray dryer cone blender and required electrical cabling and pendent Cooling Towers ID Fan FD Fan, centrifugal blower roots blower. EOT Cranes powder handling machines. Clean room lighting, technical area, street lighting, industrial and domestic lighting with respect to required lux level All types of cables (HT LT) lying in cable trenches on cable trays, Lightning Arrestors. Earthling system for the plant. Known and degree of proficiency,
