Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:- Partner with client leadership to define enterprise technology strategy, transformation roadmaps, and business outcomes- Lead assessment of existing enterprise systems, processes, and organizational structures to identify transformation opportunities- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions spanning technology architecture, business processes, and organizational change- Lead cross-functional program teams through complex, multi-phase enterprise transformation initiatives- Facilitate executive workshops, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder alignment sessions- Develop business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks for proposed enterprise initiatives- Oversee governance, risk management, and change management across large enterprise programs- Collaborate with technical architects, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure solution feasibility and alignment- Support pre-sales efforts including enterprise solutioning, proposal development, and executive presentations- Mentor consulting teams and contribute to building enterprise consulting methodologies and frameworks
