- Check rates, SKD parts; identify the variances & missing spare parts & specific models & brands. - Coordinate with product team for missing spare parts status. - Prepare shipment schedule OEMs, with PI no., PO no etc. - Follow-up with commercial team for purchase orders. - Get the Purchase Order signed from concerned Director. - Following up with product team for BIS certificate, LC no., LC data model, quantity etc. - Coordinate with OEM/ODM for shipment schedule. - Communicate schedule with manufacturing team & management. - Communicate to manufacturing team to arrange local procurement. - Communicate to commercial team to arrange freight forwarding agencies. - Prepare Custom release status of shipment arrived in India with daily updates. - Follow-up with CHA for Custom duty payable and timely communicate it to banking team for payments. - Follow-up with CHA for gate pass for shipment release from customs. - Follow up with Indian counterpart for delivery order for each shipment. - Follow-up with ODMs for receipt of shipment - Prepare PSI (Production, Sales & Inventory) report by coordinating with Sales, MIS, Commercial Team & ODMs etc. - Prepare software version report & follow-up with OEMs for software version and communicate it to product & VAS team fortnightlyRequired Candidate profileQualifications:Commerce Graduate with Minimum of 4-6 years of accounting in Manufacturing Environment and possess sound knowledge of purchase accounting, customs and import processesCompetencies- Should have thorough knowledge of purchase accounting & Imports- Prior experience of dealing with CHA, Customs etc.- Good communication skills and persuasive abilities to handle internal and external customers- Practical exposure to MS Excel- Honest & trustworthy- Strong analytical and planning ability ,
