The company has received funding from Facebook, and the founder was selected as global community leader by facebook. They were also the finalist for the mbillionth award and have won global accolades. The company get close to 2 lac visitors every month on web and have a reach in millions on their social media assets. The company has seen significant organic growth last year, with an average of 50 percent mum growth on the website visits. They have launched a first-of-its-kind parenting Chatbots in India, which provides automated content discovery to the users. As the Finance Manager , you will be responsible for managing finance and accounts relationships and effectively manage cashflow. What you will do:

  • Looking after Accounts payables of the company
  • Vendor Payable and Customer Receivable Management
  • Coordinating the processing of Payroll
  • Ensuring synchronization with all tax compliance
  • Handling the entire Invoicing Process, to ensure smooth and timely generation of invoices/documents and their submission for the Projects
  • Proper and hassle-free Bills Management for Audit Purposes
  • Ensuring proper and timely Employee Reimbursements
  • Time-to-Time sync meeting with management on Collection and Payments status, or any issues related to finances.
  • Working closely with the brand acquisition team, brand solutions team, and management
  • End to End tracking of Projects
  • B2B interactions- Interacting with procurement managers for payments of invoices
  • Maintaining proper and complete MIS
  • Working closely with company CA to ensure proper and complete Bank Reconciliation
  • Maintaining an internal record of all Bills, Statements, Solved Statements, Expenses, Receivables.
