Job Description

Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts with hands- on experience in handling taxation and auditing related matters. Managing day to day accounts related activities in co- ordination with internal/ external departments for smooth financial operations. Developing a good Accounting System with Internal control so that accounting functions works spontaneously and reduced the possibility of fraud & errors and always updated. Manage Online Banking transaction like NEFT, RTGS, Online deposit of taxes, Online filing of various Returns. Preparation of Financial Statements (Profit & Loss A/ C and Balance Sheets) of Individuals, trusts, Companies. Preparation of Projected Profit & Loss A/ c. Computation of income, preparation of income tax & wealth tax returns, online filing of Income Tax returns, completion of assessment works by providing necessary details and attending the concerned assessing officer. All TDS related activities, including deduction of TDS, deposit, Submission of Return, issue of TDS certificates. All Service tax activities, including calculation, preparation, payment and Submission of Returns. Managing GST, General understanding of Excise procedures, Cenvat etc. and its accounting thereof. Working Knowledge of Labor Laws (ESI , PF etc) Coordination with Auditors/ consultants engaged by the company. Portfolio Management including Buying & Selling of Shares and other Investments like Mutual Funds, Debentures, Bonds, PPF, NSC, RD, MIS, LIC etc. Specifications: Its essential that the person should already be in the capacity of Finalizing Balance Sheets for minimum 3- 4 years and not just doing pieces of it. Also should have worked on ERP besides Tally. Being a CA or having implemented ERP shall be a preferred criteria, not essential. Also, check, which ERP is he experienced on. Must have Team handling, interviewing & appraising skills, Should carry an assertive personality to influence change Written English is essential. Fluency in speaking is preferred. Should be flexible with timings and not look at Work- life balance as a priority,
