Job Description

    • Profile: Front Office Associate
    • Salary :depending upon your last drawn and exp
    • Office Timings: 9:30 am -6:30 pm
    • Working Days : (Mon - Sat)
    • Female - Preferred
    • max upto 30 age
    • English must be excellent
    • Photograph is mandatory to share with Resume
      • JD Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the
      • office.
      • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
      • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
      • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all
      • necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and
      • brochures)
      • Coordinate with HR team for interviews
      • Maintain records of personnel-related data
      • Assisting HR Teams in preparing daily reports
      • Receiving vendors bills, maintaining their record.
      • Ensuring proper housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene
      • in the office.
        • Graduate Minimum 2 -3 years experience as a Front
        • Desk Representative.
        • Excellent communication skills.
        • Only Female Candidate
        • Good Time-management skills
        • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
        • Customer handling skills.
