Job Description

Hiring Front office Executive for IT company located in Patel Nagar, Delhi.Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Providing assistance in any front desk help needed by Admin/ HR
  • Providing assistance to employees in regards with maintenance team & office boy wherever required
  • Managing Pantry and housekeeping on floor
  • Managing compliances/ notices/ summons received from Govt. authorities, handing over to concern person
  • Invoice Management
  • Organizing the official welcome / fare well meetings/birthdays at office
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Manage Staff attendance & Salary
