Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages when necessary.
    • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company, services, or products.
    • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
    • Assist in coordinating deliveries, pickups, and appointments for employees.
    • Provide general administrative support to staff, including data entry and filing.
    • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
    • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team.
    Requirements:
    • Female candidates only.
    • Graduation or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Management or related fields are a plus.
    • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role must. Minimum Experience: 6 months
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in basic office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
