Job Description

Applications are required for the Above position for our Client running a very Old Restaurant Business in European Cuisine in Fine Dinning at Saket & Nehru Place.The Job responsibilities as :Operational

  1. To ensure that outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statements.
  2. To ensure that the minimum operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.
  3. To assign responsibilities to subordinates and to check their performance periodically.
  4. To recruit and select Food and Beverage Personnel who are able to work within the management philosophy.
  5. To monitor service and food and beverage standards in outlet. To work with the Operation Managers, and Supervisors to take corrective action where necessary.
  6. To handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.
  7. To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship.
Financial
  1. To ensure that each food and beverage head is managed successfully as independent profit center.
  2. To co-ordinate the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget in determining outlet projected revenues and expenses, and operating equipment in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.
  3. To monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them. 4. To ensure that the Department Operational Budget is strictly adhered to.
Administration
  1. To ensure that all Departmental Operations Manuals are prepared and updated.
  2. To co-ordinate the formulation of the Annual Marketing Plan to establish a list of marketing activities in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.
  3. To ensure that all Food and Beverage forms and reports are forwarded to the Corporate / Area Food and Beverage Departments.
  4. To conduct bi-weekly Food and Beverage Meetings.
  5. To conduct daily operations briefing with the Outlet Managers and Supervisor.Marketing
  1. To identify market needs for both, regular guests and the local market.
  2. To monitor and analyze the activities and trends of competitive restaurants, bars.
  3. To respond to any changes in the Food and Beverage Department function as dictated by the industry, company.
