Job Description

    A group human resource (HR) , also known as a head of HR or HR director, isresponsible for managing the HR department and ensuring that it operates efficiently and profitably:
      • HR strategy:Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organizations goals
      • HR team:Lead and support the HR team, providing guidance and direction to team members
