Roles and responsibilities Responsible for leading the control function and setting right control standards and procedures. Work across functions to set up and drive financial control mechanisms in line with business strategy. Major Job Responsibilities:- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting Advising on long-term business and financial planning Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures Audit Management Preparing all procedural/statutory compliances related to TDS deduction, filing of TDS returns and income tax return connected matters Participating in the development of the organizations plans and programs Evaluating & advising on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory interaction. Handling bank relationships and initiating appropriate strategies to enhance cash position and ensure availability of funds for expansion Developing reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs of the agency Minimum Qualification: CA qualified ,
