Resolving Customers queries for one of the premium transport service providers for Various countries like UK, Australia over Email and calls. Had to look for the problems of the service provider partners as well in a best possible manner. Its a blended process which contains 90% of email resolutions and 10% of resolution over the Call. Designation - Associates / Sr. Associate Working Days - 5 days working Week Off Rotational Salary C.T.C. - 2.0 L.P. A - 3.50 L.P. A + Incentives Transport - Odd hour cabs will be provided Shift timings - 24* 7 (Preferentially UK Shift)Any undergraduate/graduate and international BPO experience will be an added advantage.
