Profile: Technician-Engineering Services
Salary: Upto 15,000 - 18,000 per month
Qualification: ITI/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics
Experience : 1to 4 yrs of experienceKey Responsibility :Responsible for resolution of all types of technical issues in hotels and homestays. This includes Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing services, AC, Asset maintenance, power backups, lifts, appliances, civil works etc.
Sound knowledge of electrical distribution system, electrical protection, fault identification / rectification, LT panels & HT side.
Working of DG, AMF panel, preventive maintenance.
Sound knowledge of civil work, seepage identification and rectification.
Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, bathroom utilities, sanitary fixtures etc.
Knowledge about AC system, split and window AC, VRV system, Centralized ACs. Preventive planned maintenance of assets like lifts, boilers, water softeners etc Issue resolution:
Onsite field visit to properties for fault rectification
Field Visit for preventive maintenance.
Responding to open maintenance tickets, resolve issues and get tickets closed within given Turn around times .
Ensuring minimum blocked inventory due to maintenance issues.Desired Candidate Profile :
ITI/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics.
Job requires candidate to travel on bike. Candidate must be willing to drive around for issue resolution. Necessary to have a valid driving license and a bike.
34 Years of experience preferred
