Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work Closely with Partner Hospitals: Serve as Shriram Life Insurance ambassador not only to patients but to physicians and staff at partner hospitals.
  • Responsible for continuously educating hospitals on the companys latest offerings
  • Case generation: Generate cases from the patients (walk-ins) at the channel hospitals / partner hospitals (IPD / OPD)
  • Ability to collect KYC Details and other details from Patients / Insured
  • Follow-up with Patient / Insured for pending documents (Responsible for collecting necessary documents from the insured and verify them with the originals)
  • Ability to explain the product benefits and features to the customer
  • Data Entry: Login file of the patients with full details (Especially Wellness Score Survey)
  • Knowledge of all insurance products
Desired Qualities and Skills:
  • Desired Qualification : Any graduate / PGDBA
  • Experience: 2 to 5 Years
  • Dynamic & Outgoing & Outspoken
  • Strong Organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills. Punctual & dedicated
  • Must be in Sales from the Banking / Finance / Hospital (healthcare) sector
  • Exposure in Hospital Management / Insurance / Loan Sales / Mortgage / Credit / Documentation
Mandatory requirements:
  • Sales experience, preferably direct sales
  • Local language
  • Knowledge in Life Insurance or at least General Insurance
Minimum Expectation from the Candidate:
  • Knowledge on geography of the location
  • Punctuality and dedicated
