Job Description

Designation: System Administrator or Sr. System Administrator SCCMDomain : Enterprise Infrastructure Virtualization EngineeringDepartment: End User TechnologySite : Hyderabad, R1RCM Global Pvt. Ltd. Or Delhi NCREligibility :Qualification : Graduate, Excellent Communication & Representation skillExperience : At least 5 to 8 YearsRoles & Responsibilities and skill-set needed :

  • - You will need to work as SCCM Engineer (L2+ & L3 Level) for VDI environment across India & US for a Public Listed Health Care Organization of US which is a captive Unit which would need more dedication and passion toward your Work & Profile.
  • Your reporting will be to Manager/Sr. Manager (EUC)
Must have skills -
  • - Knowledge of SCCM and SCOM product suites (SCCM Administrator Console, Remote tools, Software Distribution, Inventory, Software Metering, SCCM Server components and Operating System Deployment, MDT 2010, MDOP, Desired Configurations management)
  • - SCCM Activities (Troubleshooting, managing, maintaining, application packaging)
  • - SCOM Administrator and Operator Console, Microsoft SQL 2016
  • - Excellent Understanding of MS Windows server administration (e.g. Windows Server 2008/2012, WINS/DNS/DHCP) and Network Management
  • - Experience of creating reports using SCCM/ SQL Reports
  • - Experience in service support, software distribution and associated components
  • - Housekeeping tasks on SCCM (maintenance and availability of service)
  • - Good Knowledge on PowerShell scripting and automation tasks in SCCM.
  • - Troubleshoot issues related to software delivery, patch management, inventory solution
  • - On-call and ready to work in Shifts
  • - Monitor the environment and takes corrective action when issues are found.
  • - Develop and document (i.e., technical specs, user documentation, flow diagrams, logic diagrams, etc) advanced tools, processes and procedures for support of the product
  • - Flexible to work with Maintenance as well as Development Projects teams. Handling SCCM Client installations & uninstallations and troubleshooting various issues on SCCM Client.
  • - Maintaining SCCM Reporting console and checking the console reflections.
  • - Having installing knowledge on SQL Server 2016 and performing Maintenances tasks for SQL for the SCCM infrastructure
  • - Ability to Coach and Mentor team members.
Desirable to have experience in VMware and allied topics Good to have :
  • - Knowledge and understanding on all USER END DEVICES with all OS like Laptop/desktop/ThinClients.
  • - VMware (Intermediate level skills)
  • - Citrix/VDI Understanding.
