Responsibilities :Responsible for technical services required by various customers in the Northern region in reference to machineinstallation, commissioning; trouble shooting, efficient use of machine, training of operators, guidance onprocessing parameters, mould design etc.Responsible for customer support activities.Responsible for Promotion CCC and Cold runner block at different customer place with the help of service teamand sales team.Responsible for gathering competitor information from the market and update to sales department.Responsible for maintaining AMC chart, fixing AMC appointment and keeping AMC record.Responsible for arranging spare part offer, purchase order execution, outstanding payment follow-up.Responsible in promotion of AMC, improvement at customer end to have maximum efficiency of machine.Responsible to ensure the effective handing of customer complaints and help in improving customer satisfactory.Responsible in maintaining product information of existing component through product data sheetResponsible in gathering new ideas and method with smaller automation to improve machine efficiency.Responsible for monitoring all safety actions / environmental aspects during service activities.Responsible for technical service execution as and when required in India and Abroad.please share cv on info@venueforemployment.com or call 09873368849
