Position Details:Position: Branch Sales ManagerJob Location: DelhiReporting: Cluster Sales ManagerCTC: upto 6.5 LPAPosition Requirements:Qualification: Graduate/Post GraduateExperience:5 YearsPURPOSE OF ROLE:-Responsible for setting up new branch, customer / developer relationship management, achievement of business targets and overall branch profitability. Training and Development and up keep of the branchResponsibilities:Ensuring monthly, yearly targets are met by the branch.Monitoring the daily visits by team and ensuring updating the same in the app. Meeting overall KPI(Targets)Branch AdministrationTraining, coaching and monitoring team performance.Organizing business promotion campaign and participate in Marketing activities.Ensuring conversion of leads generated and disbursement of file in line with the credit policyoverall policy and process implementation and monitoringMaintain relationships with the existing customer and develop network.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:-Understanding the Home Loan market, Knowledge about regulatory aspect of home loan.Basic knowledge of MS OfficeCOMPETENCIES:-LeadershipProduct KnowledgeInterpersonal/ relationship management skillsKnowledge on KYC DocumentsLocal Area Knowledge
