    Job Title: Home Loan Sales ExecutiveLocation: Delhi / Gurgaon Salary: Up to 4 LPA Attractive Incentives Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services Role Type: Field SalesJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Home Loan Sales Executive responsible for sourcing and generating home loan business through open market, DSA channels, builder tie-ups, and customer references.This is a field sales role requiring strong networking and relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities:
    • Source Home Loan / LAP cases from open market
    • Generate leads through DSA, connectors, and builder networks
    • Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products
    • Collect and verify customer documents
    • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing
    • Ensure timely login and disbursement of loan files
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • 6 months to 3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales
    • Experience in Banking / NBFC preferred
    • Graduate preferred
    • Good communication and convincing skills
    • Field sales experience mandatory
    Nature of Work:
    • 70-80% field work
    • Target-based role
