HR Executive | Center for Knowledge Societies Designation: HR ExecutiveLocation: DelhiROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Vihara currently seeks to hire an HR Executive Recruitment based at our office in New Delhi. Theposition will be primarily responsible to manage recruitments and on - boarding of new joiners .Additionally , the position will be expected to support HR Manager in other HR related activitieswhenever required. Key responsibilities for the position will include:Converting job briefs into JDs and advertisements Release of advertisements Search of candidates through subscribed data - bases and social networking sites Screening applications and short listing candidates Sharing candidate summaries and profiles with division heads Coordinating and scheduling interviews between project team members and candidates Conducting initial screening calls Candidate reference checks Candidate document collection and collation Compensation negotiations with candidate Updating and sharing status reports , as required Managing on - boarding and induction of new joiners QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE We are on the look - out for young , high energy individual who look forward to drive the growth.
