This position will be based in our New Delhi office and reports to Regional HRBP.Key Responsibilities:Drive the overall people strategy in Delhi office to deliver improvement in HR support and employee relations.Manage full employee life cycle including on - boarding , orientation , compensation benefits , employee relations , off - boarding and HR admin works.Work with Line Department and Regional HRBP on manpower planning and other HR plans.Manage end - to - end recruitment processes , partnering with key internal and external stakeholders in conducting vigorous mapping , sourcing , screening , interview processes to identify suitable qualified candidate.Prepare employment related documents for new hires and manage employee P - files.Support on payroll generation and other CB works , manage payroll vendor performance.Be responsible for Performance Management including new hire probation and annually appraisal management and performance improvement plan etc.Conduct employee data analysis in order to address out the risks and improvement plan.Support on regional or global HR projects , such as Performance Management , Training Development.Work with great peopleOdisseh NikoukarProject ManagerToday I work with a brilliant team of people who are always fun to be around.
