HR HEAD GM HRQUALIFICATION: - MBA -HREXP:-15YRSJOB DESCRIPTIONStrategic HR & Business Planning HR Policies and Procedures Organizational Development and Return on Investment in HR Balanced Scorecard, TQM & TPM Assessment & Development Center HR Benchmarking & Business Excellence HR Automation & HR Transformation Performance Management System Succession Planning & Restructuring Leadership Hiring & Employer Branding Inclusion, CSR & Corporate Governance Equal Opportunity Employer & EVP Talent Engagement & Talent Retention Statutory, Legal & EHS Compliance Plant Development, establish, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed the customers expectations Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards Manage the production output, product quality and on-time shipping Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus Monitoring of operations, trigger remedial actions. Share a trusting relationship with workgroup, manage and development of plant staff Plant Breeding and Commit to plant safety procedures Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts Management of the complete recruitment life cycle (using tools of Psychometric & Assessment techniques) Compliance Management (Minimum wages, Payment wages, Contract abour,PF,ESI,Gratuity, LWF, Bonus, leave, Equal Remuneration, Industrial Disputes, Compensation, Maternity benefits, Disciplinary matters, OD, Factories Rules, Child Labour Act, Standing Orders, Registers or Records, Roles & Responsibilities etc) Employee on boarding, performance appraisal, needs assessment & training Orienting & Employee Engagement.
