To Evaluate Insurance products in the market, identify their strength & weaknesses relative to companys product. To identify new features and strategies formulation to increase market penetration. Responsible for Analysis of portfolio in terms of Product mix, accuracy of product rates, Issuance, Cancellation, grievances to have a seamless business plan with profitable growth. Help IT and MIS team and to integrate with insurer and provide solution to make customer journey hassle free and easy. To introduce & update new products online for increase the bottom line. Drafting & validating the logics used in Insurance Website to make DIY journey to buy Insurance. Checking up the policies for any discrepancies. To Create & maintain the training modules & Knowledge kit for Sales team for business assistance. To Liaison with different insurer for new business propositions. Complete Knowledge of application program interface (API) - Mandatory. Must have Knowledge of Insurance Laws & agreements with insurance companies.Personality Traits: Motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working, personable.
