The ideal candidate has both technical and functional expertise and can effectively demonstrate the following skills: Elicit and document system requirements Ability to develop an understanding of system functionality in order to assist with support for multiple applications within the team Experience in testing practices and developing acceptance criteria Demonstrate advanced problem solving skills Makes decisions on semi- routine tasks applying knowledge and skills, demonstrate sound judgment Displays tact, patience and ability to handle stressful situations YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) The GRE IT Business Analyst will provide operational and project support in advancement of the IWMS for Global Real Estate. The IT Business Analyst will be asked to: Assist in completing tasks to implement, enhance and monitor health of the IWMS Manage Run the Business (RtB) effort based on business priorities, developing user stories and system specifications through Software Development Lifecycle Assist with creation and implementation of comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of applications prior to deployment Assist with building training plans for any new system implementations and provide post- implementation support for users Work with Global Real Estate stakeholders to document and test enhancements to existing systems Work closely with the vendor to understand the functionality of the SaaS solution Create and maintain knowledge articles for Level 1 support by the Service Center Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, or equivalent, in a related field Minimum 3- 5 years of experience supporting systems in an analyst role Requirements definition experience, including documenting both business and system requirements (i.e. user stories) Testing and user support experience preferred Advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and task management software (i.e. JIRA or similar tool) Experience working with software systems management is required Proficiency in speaking, writing, reading and presenting in English is required Technical and functional expertise Experience in eliciting and documenting system requirements Ability to develop an understanding of system functionality in order to assist with support for multiple applications within the team Experience in testing practices and developing acceptance criteria Experience with support desk ticket management is a plus Problem solving, analytical skills and decision making Demonstrates advanced problem solving skills Considers broader impact of problems/ solutions Work management, organization and planning Makes decisions on semi- routine tasks applying knowledge & skills, demonstrates sound judgment Displays tact, patience and the ability to handle stressful situations Ability to work with limited oversight, demonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and technical intuition Interpersonal and Customer focus Works positively and collaboratively with others and in teams Proactively seeks opportunities to assist others Manages conflict appropriately Manages changing priorities calmly and with flexibility Actively monitors and resolves issues with a sense of urgency Engages customers proactively to address questions and resolve issues,
