Job Description

Job Title - Key Account Manager B2B salesLocation- Bangalore/Chennai/ DelhiJob Requirement:-

  • Minimum 4 to 12 years experience in B2B Sales.
  • From Wood Adhesives industry or Laminating organisation Only.
  • Local Market Exposure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
  1. Meeting Assigned KPIs and revenue objectives for the given Area. Develop business by maintaining current accounts and winning new accounts.
  2. Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into regular business.
  3. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  4. Identify potential customers, and the decision makers within the client organization and build trustworthy relationship Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  5. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:-
  1. MeasurableDeliverable
  2. Achievement of Targeted Primary/Secondary sales (both volume and value targets)with specific focus on premium products
  3. New Account conversion rate.
  4. Growth from Existing customers
  5. New Opportunities Pipeline
  6. Maintaining right product mix as per plan
  7. Debtor management/collections of O/S in line with defined NODs and plan
