You ll also analyze digital content, provide enterprise-wide data project management, strategically influence the development of new technology and engage with a diverse set of cross-functional partners from throughout the enterprise on the successful execution of new brand launches and programs.As a Lead Search Specialist you will be owning exceptional product knowledge and decides on listing the items on Target.com by scrutinizing Guest s Intent. The fundamental objective is to increase the basket size for our guests by optimizing findability of most relevant items for Guest Searches.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAble to handle the complex data tagging asks using Human judgements.Understand the basics of AI and ML, to be able to execute the data tagging activities to improve AI/ML model performance and ideate solutions to solve /automate complex problem statements.Be resilient and have thought leadership and reasoning in executing Human feedback for the versatile projects.Ensure data quality standards are met for the different tasks assigned within the team and across the vendors.Drive initiatives independently and work with peers and lead to improve process efficiency in Data tagging/annotation tasks.Create a foundation of trust among team members and enable the team to reach high standards by grooming and mentoring them.Respond to and resolve Vendor partner queries and assist them to drive & execute assigned tasks.Ensure communication of changes in process with the global teamIdentify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team leaders towards implementation.Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education Expectations: 3 year degree or equivalentJob Related Experience: A minimum of 2 years experiencePrior experience in digital commerce / retailCollege degree or equivalent work experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritizeWillingness to embrace ambiguity and remain flexibleAbility to multi-task with a high sense of urgency and initiativeDetail orientedNaturally curious; enjoys researching root issuesStrong interpersonal skillsComputer proficiency (Excel, Outlook),
