Job Description Commitment to Customer Satisfaction Always putting the customers needs first thereby driving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of the respective business. Enthusiastically conveying a commitment towards providing unsurpassed Customer Service and ensuring that Lenskart associates are also abiding by keeping Customer Satisfaction as the primary objective. Exploring the underlying reasons for recurring customer problems and also going the extra mile to find the solutions for the same Sales Performance Driving the sales of the assigned stores to meet there monthly/ quarterly and annual targets Driving the culture of high sales performance expectations, i.e. SALES Leadership Motivating and inspiring field team to drive for results Review financial performance at regional level to identify improvement opportunities. Serve as critical strategy planning link between Corporate and the field organization. Translate corporate goals including financial returns, sales growth and market share, into business plans. Assess field capability and establish performance priorities at group level. 5-7 years of retail industry experience as Store Manager preferred.
