Our client is seeking an Account Manager for their key clients of the commercial interior division ( office, retail and hospitality sectors).Are you client focused and passionate about creating the best solutions for themAre you goal oriented and target drivenAre you excited about reshaping the future of commercial fit- out projects creating exceptional spaces for the best brandsDo you treasure team work and know how to motivate a team to action If you can say yes to the above, we may have a career opportunity for youAbout the role:Business Development Manager - Commercial Business Division (Design and Build)Key Client facing role, working with City GM other business and functional headsKey responsibilities:You will drive business development efforts in the region, acquire new clients and manage sales targets for corporate office fit- out projects in the region.You will gather market intelligence, target potential clients, project partners, and collaborators as real estate brokers other channel partners; identify opportunities, build partnerships affiliations to expand the companys competitive position.You will work closely with the City GM and the team to complete the sales cycle; Develop and take part in pitches and other presentations that meet the client s needs and expectations follow up with internal team members to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on customer requests.Regularly visit the channel partners, new and old, to build a strong influence over the network ensure a continuous flow of customer database and quality leads through the help of your channel partnersDownload channel partners with latest development and programs for them and the end user (Clients)Ensure engagement of channel partner through trust, communication and service offerings of the companyMaintain the brand image of the company by appropriate code of conductKey Requirements to Success:Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or affiliated degreesExperience of at least 3 years in Client management , Business development, Account management in the Building industry (Project Management, Architecture and Design, Construction, real estate etc)Great sales skills with knack of connecting with the clients.Good listening skills to understand the requirement of the clientsGood interpersonal, analysing follow- up skills, Highly motivated individual who is target drivenFlexible with work timings/ schedule and availabilityGood relationship management and account management skillsGood working knowledge about real estate brokers and their business,
