Manager - Corporate Card PortfolioDescription Position Responsibilities Prepare & Log - in business recommendation proposal for Underwriting & Renewal of New and existing corporate clients Work with relationship managers to understand and research about corporates nature of business , their lending relationships and details of exposure undertaken Study annual reports and conduct financial assessment by analyzing key financial parameters and ratios including but not limited to calculation of EBIDTA, PAT , Net worth , Debt to Equity ration(DTE),Current Ratio, Interest Coverage etc. Present the business proposal to the Credit Committee on behalf of the sales team with reasons for recommendation Analyze corporate portfolio in terms of credit line usage and publish relevant MIS/dashboards in terms of utilization Work closely with functions like Risk,Operations,Legal & Compliance to review existing underwriting requirements from sales teams and drive process improvements by removing redundant processes and requirements End to End monitoring of SLAs like proposal submission, case pendencys, approval timelines Work closely with risk management underwriting function to complete the proposals and clear pendencys (if any) Review Credit committee outcome and minutes and actioned/get actioned any business deliverables Review Profitability and PnL for each client basis submissions made by relationship managers. Measures of Success No. of new business proposals logged in and approved Timely submission of all renewal business proposals Business growth while maintaining portfolio quality Qualifications Skills Sets Required 3+ years of work experience in credit risk assessment for working capital lending or in Rating companies with exposure to a wide variety of companies in various industries Understanding of working capital lending norms, operating cycles, trade and pricing regulations. Understanding of MPBF norms and ability to evaluate using this approach Good understanding of Ratings from Rating firms Must have the ability to work effectively within a team and be flexible to work on diverse sets of corporates. Should be able to work with cross - functional teams to achieve business objectives Demonstrated ability to navigate in a rapidly changing and evolving environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills Qualification CA/MBA Finance /Cost Accountant Prior experience of working in a Bank/Chartered Accountant Firm etc. Prior experience in commercial under - writing or commercial portfolio management Preferred Industry : Credit Card/Banking ,
