We are in the process of identifying a Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility & communication for a Multi National Alcoholic Beverage company.- The position is confidential and hence it is not feasible for us to reveal all details about the organization. Over the years the organization has also set its own benchmarks in innovation and has created some revolutionary brands for the Indian market as well.- The Organisation is also recognized and is ranked quite high in the - Great Places to Work.Position : Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility & Communication (75% CSR + 25% Corporate Communication)Reporting to : Group Head, Corporate Affairs - with scope for independent work with Senior Officials and ManagementTotal team size : 5 Based at : Head Office, Delhi Purpose :- To work with Head of Corporate Affairs, to create a strong and unified culture, communication strategies ensure meeting project/program goals, information dissemination, align employee actions with the overall org and business goals & objectives using all opportunities, platform and mediums for communication, engagement, recognition, understanding and connecting with each other.Objectives :- Develop, promote and communicate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. Grow the initiative into a global program that supports employee engagement and strengthens the employee value proposition. Ensure that the program enhances the companys overall company reputation while bridging community and business goals to drive impact and gain external visibility.- To work closely with departments/functions to identify, address and disseminate the important and relevant information internally to create awareness and engagement in employees- Analysing, comprehending, defining and disseminating any change management or project communication that manages expectation of both leadership and the organisation.- Understand the external and internal environment, and accordingly create communication across platforms and mediums to share information, successes and stories to create a strong and trustworthy brand for the company.- Work on analysing illicit market, ramification on organisation, gather intelligence on state and pan India illicit impact and create reports for communicationResponsibilities :- Developing policies relating to a companys ethical, sustainable and environmental responsibilities- Ensuring a company has a positive impact on local communities and the environment- Raising public awareness of a companys social responsibility commitments through marketing- Conducting research into best practice- Writing and actioning a companys social responsibility strategy- Creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups- Ensuring that a companys policies meet legal and commercial needs- Organising events for employees and their teams- Encouraging links between the company and educational or charitable groups- Spreading the word in schools and local organisations about the company and construction in general- Reporting on social responsibility activity to senior managers.- To strategize, plan, develop, lead and execute all communication activities internally & externally.- Create effective platforms and mediums for organisation to share information, concerns, successes, initiatives, best practices etc.- To ensure effective public relation and communication externally using relevant information for employer branding, people profiling, CSR and other successes.- Be responsible for the briefing and appraising all external bodies/media agencies for all the content and design work towards creating identity of the company.- Good relationship with editors and journalists.- Oversee content development and material for all communication like brochures, catalogues, Company web site, Companys Annual Report ,Companys News Letter, Audio and Visual publicity for various brand building activities.- Work on creating reports, documents and required material for illicit for advocacy, representation, illicit market, organisational efforts.- Assist Corporate Centre and all group companies in any Communication, PR or Govt. Liaison or information requirement.- Safeguard all information and archival material for Group and Company and be the single point person for all.Qualifications :- Independent understanding , thinking, planning and implementation of Projects with full responsibility.- Excellent writing skills, with equally good spoken English. Interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to engage in dialogues with various partners across department regarding communication programs.- Through understanding of digital and mainline media- Networking and Relationship Management Skills- Exhibit solution oriented and proactive behavior at all times- Creative thinker, with out of the Box solutions- Ability to work within multicultural and multi disciplinary context with regards to communication- Working within challenged and regulated category with constant motivation,
