Quality manager: In depth understanding of various standards related to Smart Meters Electrical commodity knowledge Problem Solving Methodology QRQC Fluent in English Proficient in MS Office A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach Validation Product and Process associated: Understanding customer needs and requirements, validate quality specifications to develop effective quality control processes Review prepare and implement Quality Assurance Plan (including Manufacturing Quality Plan, Field quality plan) Review analyze requirements for raw material, interfaces, etc and monitor compliance to relevant standards technical specifications Coordinate supervise stage, pre dispatch inspections Keep accurate documentation, perform data acquisition and statistical analysis Conduct Review Root Cause analysis of products failing not meeting technical requirements key operational issues to define and implement effective improvement measures Conduct review Failure mode Effect Analysis Work with cross-functional teams to drive standardization and simplification in processes resulting in improvements in quality during supply chain and field operations Identifying opportunities for improvement and track the effectiveness of projects. Develop rigorous control plans; working closely with process owners, project champions Conduct coordinate periodical process audits in-house, at supplier s workshops and project sites. Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Electrical Electronics IT Engineering 2-5 years in Smart meters AMI projects in Quality Assurance Inspection Manufacturing Field Operations Overall experience of 5 - 8 years Any certifications in Quality Management Masters in Quality Management shall be an advantage
