Manager Sales

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations
• Outline and manage sales budgets
• Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals
• Monitor the market and competitor products and activities
• Provide detailed sales forecasting
• Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction
• Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
• Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the companys products and services
• Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs
• Network at various levels to bring more business to the company.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives & creating new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with other divisions in the company to work towards achieving the collective goal of the organization
• Continuous evaluation of business opportunities offering synergies with the companys strengths & competencies.
• Lead generation through networking references &; other sales activities and drive the conversion of leads into a profitable business.
• Preparation & submission of proposals and commercials as per client requirements and negotiating the same with other terms with the potential clients.
• Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to ensure productivity and goal achievement
• Accountable for Revenue growth in the region by spearheading active clients list.
• Should have managed 2-3 key accounts. Also, have experience in managing 1000+ skilled/unskilled candidates in placing them on various industrial sites
Requirements, skills & experience:
• Proven work experience in Sales or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
• Strong working knowledge of the companys products, competitive, products, and the market
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Experience of 5 10 years
