Must have thorough knowledge in Real Estate CRM process. Must be very clear about IVR System, Process of solving Customer queries & escalation. Must be very thorough about different payment plans in Real Estate sector. Prior experience with International/Domestic call center is highly desirable. Experience in Call Centre operation Manager would be an added advantage. Experience in Real Estate CRM would be an added advantage. Must be very good in Customer Segmentation, Customer Relationship Management & Customer Loyalty program.
