He/ She must have experience in mortgage collections atleast for 3-4 years in handling queries of Branch collection managers/ telecalling team, understand customer queries, collating feedback from field collections/ telecallers etcHe/ She has to coordinate with field collections team/ telecalling team across zones and collate the feedback. He/ She should take forward the requests of customers/ field collections team/ telacalling team with the authorities and ensure timely resolution of the same. He/ She also should ensure correct data entries and remarks updation in system on a daily basis. He/ she should also be able to find out the reason of delay in legal matters with concerned managers and suggest resolution for the same in consultation with National Head-Collections.
