Hive is seeking a Marketing Designer to dive into a dynamic and fast-paced environment and help our team execute impactful visual solutions.The role will support Hive.ai marketing efforts through the creation of a wide range of creative projects including Presentations, emails, digital, social, print collateral, web and out of home material. Were looking for someone with an eye for great design and strives for visual perfection.ResponsibilitiesConceptualize and execute creative assets for a social, digital, and email.Create visual assets for a variety of existing and emerging social media platforms in a fast- paced, flexible, nimble environment.Work closely with creative and marketing team to bring brand vision to life.Develop platform-specific approaches for visually-driven social channels and on-platform.Respond nimbly to data and performance metrics and use those to inform visual strategy decisionsJob PrerequisitesBachelors Degree in graphic/communication design or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.Proficiency in powerpoint presentation, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, After Effects, Keynote and Prezi.Must have a stellar portfolio that demonstrates creative range and conceptual thinking.Strong ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas.Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner.Highly organized and detail oriented,
